The Wheel’s graduation magazine is distributed each year at the graduation ceremony and features ads placed by family, friends and Emory organizations on behalf of their seniors alongside editorial content.

Step 1: Ordering your Ad 

Fill out the form to order an ad before Tuesday, April 18

*The deadline to order an ad has been extended to Monday, April 24.

Step 2: Designing your Ad  

Send an email with any digital photos (high-quality, please) that you want on the ad to [email protected] Forgot to provide instructions when you submitted the form? No problem, please provide explicit instructions on design and any messages you want in the ad in the body of your email. 

Designing your own? 

Following the dimension guidelines of your purchased package, send a high-quality JPEG (1-2 megabytes) of the design to us at [email protected] 

Step 3: Payment

If you wish to pay by credit card or smartkey, please email [email protected] for further instructions

Step 4: Proofs

Upon receiving payment, we will begin designing your ad. Once our designers have finished creating your piece, they will email it to you for approval. All ads will be designed and proofed by Tuesday, April 2. 

TIPS: The faster we receive your instructions and payment, the more time our designers will have to work on your piece. Additionally, the more explicit your instructions are for design, the better. If you have photos that are not digital but want them included, please scan them onto the computer and email us those files. Please send all of your photos in a single email when possible.
